How does it work?
A sensor recognises the sound of snoring. When it detects it, it sends a gentle electrical pulse to the throat muscles. If you're not snoring, it does nothing.
It uses the same type of technology as the electrical stimulation devices used in physiotherapy.
Is it uncomfortable to sleep in?
It's very light and the strap is soft silicone: it doesn't squeeze or leave marks.
The first few times you'll notice you're wearing it, like anything new. You get used to it quickly.
How long does the battery last?
One charge lasts several nights. The exact time depends on how often it has to switch on.
The USB cable is included, so you don't need to buy anything else.
Does it work for all types of snoring?
It's designed for common snoring, the kind that happens when the throat muscles relax during sleep.
